Do you deliver outside of the UK?

I do provide a delivery service abroad.

Do you deliver off UK mainland?

I deliver to any UK destination off mainland & all costs are added to the price.

Do you deliver at weekends & during public holidays?

I can deliver during those periods 24/7, all year round.

Do you do last minute emergency deliveries?

Yes, subject to availability.

Are you fully insured?

I am fully insured for deliveries/removals etc.

Do you have an ADR licence to carry hazardous goods?

I don’t have an ADR license.

Are reviews available?

Reviews are available here on the website & on Facebook.

How quick will I receive my quotation?

I aim to answer as quickly as possible, usually with 1 hour.

How much notice is required?

Usually a few days, but I can help with last-minute emergencies if I’m available.

Can you dismantle/reassemble furniture?

I can do that if required (costs will vary).

What happens if you can’t access the property on arrival? Are there extra charges?

Costs include 2 hours waiting time on arrival after which an hourly charge of £20 ph will be applied.

Do I need to empty furniture drawers?

Not if the drawers come out of the unit. You can put a towel over your things if you wish.

How much will my removal cost?

Cost will depend on a variety of factors including: How big is the move? How far? Driver’s mate required? Costs will be quoted ahead of any assignment.

What time will the van arrive on the day?

Whatever time you wish to start, be it 6.00am or 10.00am.

What happens if it won’t all fit in one trip?

If a second trip is required, then an additional fee will be added depending on how much is left and the distance to travel.

How many quotes should I get?

You should get at least three quotes before making your decision.

What are payment terms?

Payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card or cash.

Parking near property & parking tickets/ PCN’s

I will try to park in a safe place where it’s ok to unload, but any tickets incurred will be added to the final bill.

What about Congestion charge, LEZ in London?"

All charges incurred to complete the assignment will be added onto the final bill.
